They get their name "Jama'at al Muslimeen" as they claim; but the group is known to make Takfeer of the Muslims in particular the Muslim rulers. They do not separate between kufr (disbelief) in action and disbelief that stems from the heart. Hence, they follow the way of the Khawarij of the past and present who fell into the same mistake.   They have clear hatred for the scholars of Ahlusunnah both past and present. And that if one doesn't give them bai'ah then he is kafir. So each and every takfeeri group has their own Ameer al-Mumineen. Neither do they recognize each other and at times make takfeer of each other.
